Itinerary

  • Arrive Bankura - Mukutmanipur (55 km)

    Arrive at Bankura Station by available trains or buses. Our car will pick you up from bankura station or bus-stand. Then take a ride of 55 kms and reach The Second largest earthen dam of India i.e. Mukutmanipur.

    Check -in at hotel and get refreshed and enjoy the beauty of Mukutmanipur by staying overnight.

    After lunch visit Kangsabati dam by battery operated eco-friendly vehicles. A boat ride at the time of sunset will give you a mesmerizing view with some beautiful clicks on your smartphone. Besides you can explore Pareshnath Shiv-Mandir, Musafirana View point and Deer Park. 

  • Jhilimili-Sutan Forest | Talberia Lake | Laljal Cave | Beauty of Raw forest

    This morning after breakfast proceed for visit of Jhilimili-Sutan Forest. Jhilimili and Sutan Forest also known as “Baro Mile-er Jungle” is 45Km away from Mukutmanipur.

    There are viewpoints scattered throughout the forest from where you will get breathtaking landscapes. You will be happy to have a talk with king sized trees like Sal, Mahua, Shimul etc.

    Don’t miss the chance to see live painting sessions by plenty of butterflies in nature’s canvas. The forest is rich with different species of fauna and distinctive flowers and seasonal birds. To be the cherry on the cake, a vibrant peacock may come into your sight for a golden glance.

    Few kilometers ahead Talberia Lake is situated. Experience own boating on the lake surrounded by deep forest.

    Few miles far and located at Jhargram District according to map but not according to forest and landscapes our car will take you to visit Gadrasini Hill and Laljal Cave. Garrasini Ashram is located at the feet of the Gadrasini Hill, is dotted with thick forests & mazy paths. People from various walks of life travel to this place to spend their time in serene meditation as the Ashram is a centre of spiritual gospels and practices.

  • Bishnupur | Joypur Forest | Panchumra- The Terracotta Village

    This morning after breakfast proceed for city tour of Bishnupur. The world famous architecture and terracotta temples from Malla Raj times are there. Explore the heritage town that speaks the language of terracotta; witness history, embracing the religious warmth and spectacular artwork in different forms. 

    Visit to Joypur forest and spend some time at the British Airway inside the forest. Have lunch at Banalata Resort.

    At the time of returning you can visit Panchmura Village, which is very popular for terracotta artifacts. You can buy some beautifully sculptured terracotta showpiece for your near and dear ones.

     

  • Susunia Hill - Oldest rock inscription of Bengal

    This morning after breakfast check out from hotel & our car drives to Susunia. Amidst the spectacular landscape of lavish green and red soil, Susunia hill owns a height of 1200 feet approx. The hill is a popular place for its great archeological value. Listen to those ancient tales by mysterious fossils scattered over here and there, witness proud blinking of stone-age tools, see the ‘Oldest’ rock inscription of West Bengal and incredible beauty of nature.

    Have Lunch at Bankura.

    Then our car will drop you at Bankura Station to catch the Aranyak Express (2:45 PM).
